Pretty shabby, but so is Amsterdam. Not particularly clean or comfortable, but it has the basics for cheap in a good location.

pros: very good location, good value of money, comfy and noiseless bunk, good bar
cons: very noisy locker (it's a barrel made of steel), noisy street...
